The Head Rail Fixing System
Our exclusively developed head rails are a robust extruded aluminium section clear anodized finish for corrosion protection and Airline finish stainless steel 304.The unique design produces an efficient “T” slot fixing for the PVC strips. This caters for a variety of selected overlaps and at the same time permits the individual PVC strips to be stretched laterally during fixing. Available in two variants, Standard Duty (3mm thick) and Light Duty (1.35 mm thick).Specially designed cover is standard, which hides fixtures and adds Aesthetics value.
Double Ribbed PVC : The unique full rid design of these strips lets the rib portion take the impact of truck and forklift traffic. This prevents scratching and tearing as well as grease and grime build up.The unique rib design keeps the strips cleaner, thus allowing them to be useful longer.
Polar PVC : Aircon Polar PVC material maintains flexibility at temperature as low as -40° C. Low temperature material is designed for both both interior and exterior applications. It improves shelf life without inhibiting product appeal and reduces coil icing and plays a very good role as a strip door curtain for your Industries.
Anti Insect Amber: This new PVC strip product is anti-insect and glare reducing due to its light amber color. While retaining most of the safety benefits of clear flexible strip doors, has an Amber Tint which most flying insects perceive as black and opaque.
According to research, when this PVC strip is in place protection exterior opening, flying insects are no longer attracted to the lights located inside a facility.
Other advantages are glare reduction and air loss control. The light amber color reduces glare form light sources, particularly the sun, by filtering the visible light transmitted through the PVC strip, much like sunglasses.
